Rubans Rouges Dance & its Board are concerned as much as you are about your privacy. We care about keeping your information safe. We only collect and use your personal data to provide you service and information about our shows, purchasing tickets to our shows, purchasing any marketing item from Rubans Rouges Dance, our company updates and information in the form of eMail Blasts, and to provide care and service when you connect with us via internet, web eMail, phone, mobile phone, etc.

Definition of what is your personal data and information: Name, Address, Phone Number, Email address, Mailing Address, and/or Other data collected that could directly or indirectly identify you.

Rubans Rouges Dance’s Privacy Policy describes what data we collect and/or how and/or why we use this data, your personal data, when you visit our site and/or interact with our services provided via our RubansRougesDance.com website. If you subscribe to our eMail Blast, please know that your information will be filtered through a third party platform in which their Privacy Policy would apply. They are companies we have been working with for many years and have established a good professional relationship with them.

Please be very aware and advised that all calls made to us may be monitored and/or recorded for quality control and training purposes. You will be verbally reminded of this when you connect with us via phone line. Also, please be aware that other people such as our Board Members may be present during phone calls and we may have your conversation on a speaker if we are in rehearsal, staging our dance pieces, etc. Miss Andressen does NOT make any exceptions to this rule; she does NOT have any "private" phone calls. What this means: She MUST have assistance at all times and these phone calls may be monitored and/or recorded for quality control and training purposes and/or an administrator is documenting the conversation for quality control and training purposes. Miss Andressen also does NOT have a private cell phone/line any longer.

Collected Information
When you sign up for our eMail Blasts, we collect via a third party server: your eMail, address, name, and/or company name.
When you purchase tickets to our shows we collect via a third party ticket vendor: your eMail, address, name, and/or company name, credit/debit card number, and anything that pertains to the purchasing of your ticket(s).
When you purchase other items we sell on our site (ie: books, calendars, dance classes) we collect via a third party vendor: your eMail, address, name, and/or company name, credit/debit card number, and anything that pertains to the purchasing of your item(s). These third parties can include: Amazon, BrownPaperTickets, PayPal, etc.
When you call in to any of our offices listed on our contact page on our website we collect directly over the phone from you including but not limited to (it depends why you are calling us and how we can assist you): your eMail, address, name, and/or company name, credit/debit card number, and anything that pertains to assisting you via the phone conversation. This may at times be your choice to purchase tickets for our shows and/or including items sold on our website.

We are able to collect your payment information over the phone for purchase of any of our item(s) on line, ticket(s) to our shows, submission fees, etc. We use a third party to process your payment over the phone. Our Privacy & NOTICE that protect our members, property and productions and participants: We reserve the right to keep our privacy about our event details. Any and all means of any person, company or entity, foreign and/or domestic, that may attempt to thwart our company's business and/or interfere with our company's business, and/or cause harm to any one of our business and/or creative staff, will be seen as not only a violation of our privacy and a right to conduct business free from any obstruction, it may also result in severe legal action. Any infringement upon our copyright information will be filed against including but not limited to any videos Miss Noelle Rose Andressen-Kale (Kale is her married name) makes, distributes, speaks, etc. Any attempt at stealing our company and/or business information will be held legally accountable. Any attempt made to stalk or harm in any way especially to our company members, invade, record, steal, share, sell, loan, give our private conversations and/or company conversations whether they occur on the phone or in private or in public, will be filed with the FCC and all other law enforcement. Unlawful surveillance and any surveillance will be turned over to the proper authorities, we will prosecute. We do NOT give permission for any of our conversations to be used in any way accept for how we decide that they may be used. We expect all our communication to not be copied or shared in any way. We will defend all our members and our company at all costs. Any attempt to use other companies and/or persons to cause harm or obstruct our performances will also be turned over to the proper authorities and responsible parties held legally accountable. Any one who assists anyone or any entity to cause us harm in any form will also be held legally accountable.

However, third parties that we may link outside to from our website may offer these served advertisements. In this case that third party’s policy about serving advertisements would apply and not ours.

eMail Communication, Feedback, Updates, Surveys, etc. that we send to you
From time to time Rubans Rouges Dance will send our past performance/show patrons an eMail Blast update about forthcoming shows, item(s), dance classes, company updates, etc. that we believe you may be interested in. We also may ask you for your input, feedback and/or opinion on what we are doing as we love involving our community. You reserve the right to not respond and you may opt out at any time. We gained this information from you at the time of purchasing any of our goods and/or services. Again, if you do not wish to receive these types of communications, you may opt out at any time.

We only share your personal data as necessary for any third party to provide the services as requested or as needed on our behalf. These third parties (and any subcontractors) are subject to strict data processing terms and conditions and are prohibited from utilizing, sharing or retaining your personal data for any purpose other than as they have been specifically contracted for (or without your consent).

If you have attended one of our performances and/or purchased any of our item(s), you may ask in writing to have your information updated and/or deleted. If it is on a third party platform, please visit this third party’s site and follow their instructions. For example, if you use PayPal to pay for any of our item(s), you may request at the PayPal site to remove and/or change your settings preferences. If you wish to not receive our eMail Blasts, please notify the eMail in which it was served from. Reply: “Please Stop” and/or you may click “unsubscribe” and/or update your privacy settings on this third party platform.

Storing & Securing & Keeping Your Data
Rubans Rouges Dance adheres to common acceptable standards to protect your personal data that we gather from you. However, if a third party portal and/or platform is used for necessitating of the purchasing of ticket(s) and/or any other product we offer from our site, please be advised that this third party’s privacy policy would apply and not ours.

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Services you have requested and/or longer for a many legitimate business and/or legal issues and/or concerns including anything the law may mandate, contract(s) or similar obligations applicable to our business operations; such as but not limited to: artists submitting for our performance opportunities, for preserving, resolving, defending or enforcing our legal/contractual rights; or needed to maintain adequate and accurate business and financial records. Tracking
Rubans Rouges Dance does not track our website visitors; however, we use and/or utilize third parties for webhosting who may for example. In this case, the third party’s privacy policy would apply and not ours.

Age restrictions.
You must be over 18 years old to use our services for any purchases. While we do offer under the age of 18 years of age dance classes, the purchase and advertisement of said dance classes is aimed at adults of these minors and the purchase of these dance classes must be by the parent and/or guardian of this minor. Should you feel anyone under the age of 18 has purchased anything from our site, please contact us via our contact page immediately.

Changes in our Privacy Policy
As we grow and our world changes we may feel the need and/or the laws may mandate that we adapt and/or change our Privacy Policy and we may do so at any time. Should we change anything in our Privacy Policy, we will notify you by sharing these changes via the following means, but not limited to: eMail Blasts, posting on our website home page, posting on our official social media pages, text, and/or physical mail at the address given to us by you; this notice will be posted at least 10 days before the changes are made.

We own many trademarks and copyright materials. Do not use them at all. We do not claim ownership of any "move". We do claim marketing rights and right to publicity over our image, Ms. Andressen's image and likeness including how she appears, dances, and her copyright words and works. To put it simply, don't try to emulate her/us. Do not use our logo trademark or anything similar to it in your advertising. This is what the law protects. It's that simple. We respect your image and trademarks our dear dance community, film industry, schools, etc. so you best reciprocate this respect otherwise we will enforce our rights. Do not be fooled, even if you do not make any money by using our property, it does not matter. The law is in our favor or any artist's favor when it comes to this. Please do inquire about using any of our work(s) we have licensing fees and give discounts to schools and non profits. We pay a licensing fee for use of music through ASCAP for our festivals and shows when it's not our own creation. ALL schools pay a discounted royalty/licensing fee to use music in their performances. ALL studios pay a fee as well to use copyright music. We did not create these laws, they've been in place for decades.

You may not use any of our property without our permission. You may not use any of our member's property including but not limited to Ms. Noelle Rose Andressen-Kale, Kristopher Kale, etc.

Let us inform you what we've been managing of late:

Our information in the form of our property and Ms. Andressen's property which is actually our property (such as her: photos, costumes, videos, words from her videos and posts on social media, excerpts from her private conversations, etc.) has been sold to others for their use in many forms. We've seen this use take place as slogans on buses, billboards, dialog for TV and film and the myriad of marketing tools, in books, magazine articles, speeches for awards, in other's videos, etc. In some cases our property was sold to our contacts in our email or social media. Our contacts and relations were "marketed to". They were marketed our property. We found out and now we're pursuing all and any means to put this to a stop. The moment we began to raise our voices, the particular entity responsible for this has come against us and has been stalking us and playing mind games in the form of passive aggressive psychological warfare. This is not an unfamiliar tactic as we all have worked in the entertainment industry. It is a means to harass and control people. What some have deemed "paparazzi" is really corporate harassment used when their focus or their "target" starts speaking up or inadvertently gets close to the "truth". The typical narcissistic bullying behavior of an abuser when the light is shined on their behavior. Please be aware of this and a few examples some hypothetical some actual. We say be aware because the other part of this is that the bully always targets those around their target and lifts them up so they stay quiet. However, anyone contributing to this will be deemed responsible as well and there are hefty fines when one contributes to this type of abuse and harassment. Ms. Andressen, her family, and Board aren't even slightly afraid of these types of people and will meet this challenge head on and not back down. You, our friends, we want you to fall on the right side of the law so be careful and do not participate because we are pursuing this full force. We love you our friends. Ms. Andressen LOVES all her mentors and will be in touch with you once this mess has been brought to a positive conclusion.

Note from the Board of Rubans Rouges to all the corporations trying to steal Ms. Andressen's or our property: We know you like our work, but we will not move over and let you take it. You need to move over and leave us, Mrs. Andressen-Kale, her family, our contacts, our professional and personal relationships and all our property alone. Consider this your notice. You, do not have the right to eaves drop on our conversations via any means, or invade any form of our privacy and take from it. You do not have the right to use our trademarks, or stalk any of our members in any sense of the word. We also have each infringement documented, each assault and harassment reported. We are appalled at such treatment towards a sweet, loving, caring woman and this treatment also towards our company that bends over backwards to help everyone. We pay others before we pay ourselves, and are very generous. However, we are not ignorant doormats and unfortunately, we've had to take legal remedies to enforce our rights and protect our property. To our friends, former teachers/mentors and acquaintances, be aware if anyone approaches you, even those you "know" offering gifts of any sort if you steal from us. It is never presented so obvious, it is usually in this format: The corporation knows people that have access to us/Ms. Andressen, they subliminally hint drop and suggest that you make a dance, or piece of artwork, or write something in your blog, etc. What you our friends may not realize is that these suggestions are taken from our private conversations and/or videos that the corporation thinks we no longer have copies of. Then you, our friends do these suggestions and you'll get a little something from "them". Perhaps you'll get into a festival if only you steal one of our upcoming ideas for our dances or other products. What you our friends may not realize is that they are using this to hold over your head so you will submit to them. As in: "Do as we say or we'll tell Noelle you stole her work." Which in a sense would be true. Then you'll have to explain how you have information from our private conversations/videos. Don't be fooled friends. We've done what we could to warn you. We cannot force anyone to be aware or be careful or to even listen to us. We can only inform and hope you'll be wise. Our attorneys have to protect our property. This would put you our friends in a predicament that we do not want for you. These people are only attempting corporate territorial warfare, do not partake in it at all. Another example: Someone thought Ms Andressen was traumatized by the color red, so another company thought it'd be fun to have extras wear red, circle around her at a park while helicopters flew overhead--we had our cameras, they didn't realize this. She's hardly traumatized by any color as you can see based on her work. The wounds from decades ago are long since healed and closed without possibility of re-opening. Another hypothetical example: As you may know we/she owns Noelle's Pillows (reg trademark) and she creates all shaped pillows from muffins that look like a tuffet /hearts etc. to embroidered door knob hanging pillows. Let's say she was talking about this in a private conversation that an app eaves dropped and recorded: "I want to do joke pillows and bounce off the red from Rubans Rouges and my name and the holidays then embroider N-O-E on the pillow but no L. There is no L. Instead of doing name personalized door knob hanging pillows for this Christmas." Then let's say this was passed on to someone else and they used this idea. Let's also take it a step further and say that we record all our concept/creative meetings including her private conversations because we/she knew we were being surveilled upon against our will. Let's also say that this artist knows a former friend who passed on this "story/idea". Well let's just say we hope this never happens exactly like this, but many incidents like this has happened. And if anyone does any form of this against her/us you not only get a so called favor from someone with strings attached and possible future implications such as a sword of Damocles hanging over your head, you also get a lawsuit from us. Not just for breaching copyright as far as intellectual property but also breaching privacy laws which are even worse. So friends, this is why we warn against doing things like this. The so called person who gave you this idea wouldn't get in trouble-you would. So don't do it.
